Last Friday, Overton ended up a good deal behind Evadale and lost 64-47.

He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last five games he's played. Another player making a difference was Christian Hall, who almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine rebounds.
Meanwhile, Union Grove got the win against Linden-Kildare on Tuesday by a conclusive 41-21. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Union Grove.
Overton's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 24-4. As for Union Grove, the victory got them back to even at 14-14.
Everything came up roses for Overton against Union Grove when the teams last played back in December of 2023 as the squad secured a 58-24 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Overton since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
