Volleyball Recap: Columbus Catholic's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Columbus Catholic had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Spencer Rockets. The Dons have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Rockets, too.

Columbus Catholic had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 24-26, 25-23, 25-22, 25-10.

Columbus Catholic's win bumped their record up to 22-11. As for Spencer, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-16 record this season.
