Volleyball Recap: Saugus Victorious

Saugus saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Arroyo Grande Eagles, sneaking past 1-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Centurions.

The win got Saugus back to even at 8-8. As for Arroyo Grande, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 10-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Saugus will welcome Golden Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The last four games Saugus has played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Arroyo Grande, they will take on Mission College Prep at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Arroyo Grande is facing Mission College Prep at the right time seeing as Mission College Prep is stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
