Volleyball Recap: Fairmont Prep Comes Up Short

The Fairmont Prep Huskies lost 3-0 to the Rancho Alamitos Vaqueros on Tuesday. The Huskies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

While Fairmont Prep ultimately came up short, they didn't go down without a fight: they scored at least 17 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-21, 25-18.

Fairmont Prep's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Rancho Alamitos, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-12.

Coming up, Fairmont Prep will venture away from home to challenge Vista Meridian at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Rancho Alamitos, they will welcome Bolsa Grande at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
