Webster suffered a letdown when it was bounced from the state Top 25 this week after losing to Roncalli. The Bearcats had been ranked 25th, but fell to 27.
The Cavaliers extended the longest winning streak in Northeast this week by beating Webster, 35-0. The victory was the 10th in a row for the team.
Webster's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Bearcats feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Reid Valsvig has thrown for 696 yards and seven touchdowns this season, while Andy Rithmiller has 13 catches for 255 yards. Rithmiller leads the league in rushing with 628 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Redfield/Doland takes on Sisseton. The Pheasants are in seventh place, while the Redmen are in sixth place.
Britton-Hecla and Redfield/Doland played the most hotly contested game in Northeast this week, with Britton-Hecla eventually emerging with a 39-33 victory.
