Rock Hill is 8-2 against South Pointe since March of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Rock Hill Bearcats will venture away from home to take on the South Pointe Stallions at 7:00 p.m. Rock Hill's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

On Tuesday, Rock Hill didn't have quite enough to beat Blythewood and fell 2-1. The loss continues a trend for the Bearcats in their meetings with the Bengals: they've now lost five in a row.

Meanwhile, it was a classic North v. South duel when South Pointe took on Northwestern on Monday. South Pointe beat Northwestern by a goal, winning 2-1. The victory was familiar territory for the Stallions, who have now won three contests in a row.

South Pointe's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Rock Hill, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.

Rock Hill skirted past South Pointe 5-4 in their previous meeting back in March of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Rock Hill since the squad won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
