Basketball Recap: River Valley Takes a Loss

River Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Kingman Bulldogs, falling 56-8. The match marked the Dust Devils' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

River Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Kingman, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-7.

River Valley will venture away from home to square off against Odyssey Institute at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. River Valley is facing Odyssey Institute at the right time seeing as Odyssey Institute is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Kingman, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Highland Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
