Luther has gone 10-0 against Viroqua recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Luther Knights will look to defend their home court against the Viroqua Blackhawks at 7:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Luther is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Durand-Arkansaw just ended the team's eight-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell to the Panthers 50-44.

Meanwhile, Viroqua came up short against Mauston back in December of 2024 and fell 43-35. While losing is never fun, the Blackhawks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 321st, while the Golden Eagles are ranked 126th).

Luther's loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-2. As for Viroqua, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-5.

Everything came up roses for Luther against Viroqua in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, as the team secured a 58-25 win. Will Luther repeat their success, or does Viroqua have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
