Volleyball Recap: Skyline Comes Up Short

Skyline was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Meade Buffaloes. The Thunderbirds were not able to make up for their defeat to the Buffaloes from their previous meeting back in October of 2021.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-11.

Leading Meade to victory were Jayven Conley and Laken Hooper. Conley had ten digs, while Hooper had four digs.

Skyline's loss dropped their record down to 7-26. As for Meade, they pushed their record up to 19-16 with the win, which was their third straight on the road.

Skyline didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Elkhart on the 21st. Meade does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
