Volleyball Recap: Richfield Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Richfield entered their tilt with Delta on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Rabbits. That's more bragging rights for the Wildcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 20-25, 25-23, 25-16.

Among those leading the charge was Kendi Rollins, who had 11 digs and one assist. OakLyne Ogden also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

Richfield was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 14 aces. They are 6-2 when they serve at least ten aces.

Richfield's victory bumped their record up to 7-11. As for Delta, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 13-5.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Richfield is set to square off against their familiar foe Canyon View at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Delta will challenge rival Providence Hall at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
