With a playoff win on the line, Flatirons Academy rose to the challenge on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Front Range Christian Falcons with a sharp 8-3 victory. The result was nothing new for Flatirons Academy, who have now won seven matchups by five goals or more so far this season.

They hit Front Range Christian with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Annabelle Rakers (4), Audrey Kingery (2), Lizzy Helgeson, and Ruby Noteboom.

Flatirons Academy is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-3-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 58 goals over those nine games. As for Front Range Christian, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 13-3-1 record.
