Top 20 most dominant Oklahoma high school football programs of last decade

Bixby rides into top spot with five-straight state championships.

Powered by eight state titles since 2013, Bixby is the most dominant high school football team from Oklahoma over the last decade.

Based on our methodology, the Spartans amassed 445 points from 2013 to 2022 to edge Jenks, which finished second with 407 points.

Bixby has played in nine straight state championship games, winning eight of them. In 2020 and 2021, the Spartans finished ranked in the national top 25.

Our methodology includes:


• Top 25 finishes in the MaxPreps state computer rankings (25 points awarded to the No. 1 team, 24 for No. 2 and so on).



• Top 25 finishes in the MaxPreps national computer rankings (50 points for No. 1, 49 for No. 2 and so on).

• State championships (20 points).

• State championship game appearances (10 points).
