Basketball Recap: McDonough Takes a Loss

If McDonough was riding high fresh off their 71-44 takedown of Bard last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The McDonough Rams fell just short of the North Point Eagles by a score of 48-45 on Wednesday. The game marked the Rams' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

The defeat snapped McDonough's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 11-7 record. As for North Point, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-10 record this season.
