Soccer Recap: American Fork's Win on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask American Fork). Everything went their way against the Wasatch Wasps on Tuesday as they made off with a 6-0 victory. With that win, American Fork brought their scoring average up to 2.8 goals per game.

Their offense was hitting Wasatch from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. CAMBREE BALLARD led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by herself.

The victory (which was American Fork's third in a row) raised their record to 3-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three matches. As for Wasatch, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Coming up, American Fork will host Weber at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wasatch, they will head out to face off against Springville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
