Baseball Game Preview: Wilbur Cross Governors vs. North Haven Nighthawks

The Wilbur Cross Governors will head out to square off against the North Haven Nighthawks at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Wilbur Cross has struggled recently with 16 defeats in a row, while North Haven will arrive with four straight victories.

Cheshire hit Wilbur Cross with a seven-run third inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Governors came up short against the Rams, falling 15-3.
