Volleyball Recap: Malcolm Snags Sixth Victory in Last Seven Games

Malcolm won the last time they faced Ord and Allie Blair did her part to make sure it happened again. The Clippers came out on top against the Chanticleers by a score of 2-0 on Saturday thanks in part to Blair, who had 23 assists and five aces. Blair is crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 18 every time she's taken the court this season.

Malcolm easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-11, 25-18.

Despite the loss, Ord still got an impressive performance from Payton Bruha, who had 13 digs and one assist.

Malcolm has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-5 record this season. As for Ord, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-14.

Malcolm didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Lakeview on the 4th. As for Ord, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Scotus on the 4th.
