Basketball Recap: Asotin Comes Up Short

Asotin was the 52-27 winner over Upper Columbia Academy when they last played one another back in January of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Asotin Panthers fell 44-32 to the Upper Columbia Academy Lions on Monday. The Panthers just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Asotin's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Upper Columbia Academy, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Asotin won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Pomeroy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Upper Columbia Academy, they will also get right back to it: they'll face off against Colfax at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
