Football Recap: Ravenna Takes a Loss

Ravenna lost against Woodridge back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Ravens fell 28-21 to the Bulldogs. Ravens fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Bulldogs since Friday.

Ravenna's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Woodridge, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-2.

Ravenna will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Springfield at 7:00 p.m. on October 3. As for Woodridge, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Coventry at 7:00 p.m.
