Soccer Recap: Central Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Central lost against International High School at Largo back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Falcons came up short against the Sea Turtles, falling 8-0. Henry Torrez was hit with a yellow card, which may have had some impact on his (and the team's) ability to make aggressive plays.

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for International High School at Largo, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Looking ahead, Central is taking a road trip to square off against International High School at Langley Park at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. As for International High School at Largo, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Friendly at 4:45 p.m. on October 6.
