Basketball Recap: Enterprise Takes Loss Despite Strong Performances from Brody Stephens and Kadyn Donald

The Enterprise Bulldogs didn't have quite enough to beat the Philadelphia Tornadoes on Saturday and fell 44-41. The loss put an end to the Bulldogs' undefeated start to the season.

Kadyn Donald and Brody Stephens certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Donald shot 63% from the field en route to 11 points and five steals, while Stephens dropped a double-double with 13 points and 12 rebounds. Donald is crushing it when it comes to steals: he's grabbed at least five every time he's taken the court this season. Jake Goodin was another key player, putting up seven points and seven boards.

Enterprise dropped their record down to 2-1 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Philadelphia, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Enterprise will host Newton County Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Philadelphia, they will welcome Newton at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
