Softball Recap: Agua Dulce Comes Up Short

Agua Dulce lost against Woodsboro on March 4th, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Agua Dulce fell just short of Woodsboro by a score of 9-8. The Longhorns have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Agua Dulce's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Woodsboro, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-3.

Coming up, Agua Dulce will square off against Pettus at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Woodsboro, they will face off against Yorktown at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Woodsboro's pitchers better be ready for this one: Yorktown has averaged an impressive 9.8 runs per game this season.
