Volleyball Recap: James Logan Makes It Five in a Row at Home

James Logan entered their tilt with Mission San Jose on Wednesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Warriors. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-1 back in March.

The victory didn't come easy: Mission San Jose scored at least 18 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-18, 25-27, 25-19.

Isaac Gloria paced James Logan's offense, picking up 15 kills. Gloria got some help from Desmond Brooks and his 12 assists. Finally, Vedh Janardhanan kept James Logan's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

James Logan's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-9. As for Mission San Jose, their loss dropped their record down to 14-12.
