The Habersham School had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Trinity Christian on Friday. The Patriots put the hurt on Trinity Christian with a sharp 3-0 victory. Winning may never get old, but the Patriots sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant The Habersham School was: they took every set by at least ten points. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-15, 25-10.

Despite the defeat, Trinity Christian saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Sydney Lane had ten digs and three aces. Lane has been hot recently, having posted ten or more digs the last three times she's played.

The Habersham School's win bumped their record up to 20-5. As for Trinity Christian, their loss dropped their record down to 4-11.

Looking ahead, The Habersham School will square off against Bryan County at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Trinity Christian, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Coastal HomeSchool on the 15th.
