Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Northern Nash walked away with it. They claimed a resounding 48-18 win over the White Oak Vikings. The victory was familiar territory for the Knights, who have now won eight matchups in a row.

This one was won in the trenches and the lion's share of the credit has to go to Myles Eatmon and Preston McDaniel. Eatmon rushed for 115 yards and three scores on only nine carries while McDaniel rushed for 126 yards and a pair of TDs. What's more, McDaniel posted two rushing touchdowns, the most he's had since back in November of 2024.

Northern Nash was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 302 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 187 rushing yards in four consecutive games.

Northern Nash's record now sits at 10-1. As for White Oak, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season.

Northern Nash will be playing at home against Seventy-First at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Falcons' defense has only allowed 13.5 points per game this season, so the Knights' offense will have their work cut out for them. White Oak does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
