Softball Recap: Everett Comes Up Short

After flying high against Chelsea on Monday, Everett came back down to earth. The Crimson Tide lost 16-1 to the Medford Mustangs on Tuesday. The Crimson Tide haven't had much luck with the Mustangs recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Everett's loss dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Medford, their win was their ninth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-2.

Coming up, Everett will face off against Winthrop at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Medford, they will square off against Revere at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
