Football Recap: Louis E. Dieruff Takes a Loss

Louis E. Dieruff was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 42-7 defeat at the hands of the Emmaus Hornets. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Huskies of the 54-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Louis E. Dieruff's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Emmaus, they moved to 3-5 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Louis E. Dieruff is set to square off against their familiar foe Allentown Central Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Emmaus will face off against rival William Allen at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
