East Knox and Northmor are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2017, but likely not for long. The Bulldogs will take on the Golden Knights at 5:15 p.m. on Monday. East Knox is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.

East Knox came up short against Loudonville on Friday, falling 17-9.

Meanwhile, Northmor got the win against South Central on Saturday by a conclusive 14-4. The Golden Knights might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by eight runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Reagan See, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with four RBI, two doubles, and one stolen base. Those four RBI gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Katalina Roseberry, who scored two runs and stole two bases while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.

Northmor always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .613. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as South Central only posted an OBP of .381.

The victory made it two in a row for Northmor and bumps their season record up to 4-4. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 6 runs in those games. As for East Knox, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Everything went East Knox's way against Northmor when the teams last played back in April of 2023, as East Knox made off with a 13-3 victory. Will the Bulldogs repeat their success, or do the Golden Knights have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
