Softball Recap: Miamisburg Vikings vs. Beavercreek Beavers

Miamisburg not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since May 8, 2024. They blew past the Beavercreek Beavers 11-1. This was a revenge game for the Vikings: when they faced off against the Beavers last Wednesday, they had to take a 9-5 defeat.

Ryla Zering made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching five innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. She has been consistent : she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in seven consecutive appearances.
