Soccer Game Preview: Clearfield vs. Hollidaysburg

Clearfield is 0-7 against Hollidaysburg since September of 2021 but things could change on Tuesday. The Bison will look to defend their home pitch against the Golden Tigers at 6:00 p.m.

Clearfield fell victim to Cambria Heights and their airtight defense on Thursday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Highlanders.

Meanwhile, Hollidaysburg waltzed into their match on Wednesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Dragons 10-1. Considering Hollidaysburg have won six contests by more than two goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Clearfield's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Hollidaysburg, their win bumped their record up to 13-2-1.

Clearfield suffered a grim 9-1 defeat to Hollidaysburg when the teams last played back in August. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Bison were down 7-1.
