Merritt Academy won the last time they faced Landmark Academy and things went their way on Friday too. The Mustangs blew past Landmark Academy 14-5.

Ethan Wolfe was incredible, scoring four runs and stealing four bases while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Wyatt Goodwin, who scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3.

The win got Merritt Academy back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Merritt Academy will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Memphis at 4:00 p.m. As for Landmark Academy, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Peck at 5:45 p.m. on the 29th.
