Tri-County Academy had already won 19 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 7.9 runs) and they went ahead and made it 20 on Friday. They came out on top against the Riverfield Academy Raiders by a score of 11-6. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 4-2 on Tuesday.

Cade Hunt tossed a big game, pitching 4.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off four hits.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Luke Power, who went 2-for-4 with three RBI and two runs. Brian Bergeron was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two RBI and one run.

Tri-County Academy pushed their record up to 22-3 with the win, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 8.8 runs. As for Riverfield Academy, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-5.

Tri-County Academy will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Raiders: the pair will be back at it again later today.
