Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Scituate walked away with it. Everything went their way against the Tantasqua Regional Warriors on Friday as they made off with a 33-10 victory. The win was nothing new for the Sailors as they're now sitting on five straight.

Scituate's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Tantasqua Regional, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-5.

Scituate and Tantasqua Regional will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Sailors see the field they'll take on Hingham at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th. As for Tantasqua Regional, their break will end when they face Shepherd Hill Regional at 10:00 a.m. on the 27th.
