Basketball Recap: Potomac Wins Going Away Against Friendly

Potomac posted their biggest victory since January 23, 2024 on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Friendly Patriots as the Potomac Wolverines made off with a 62-39 win. That's more bragging rights for the Wolverines, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Despite the defeat, Friendly had strong showings from Jeremiah Roach, who posted ten points, and Anthony Ross, who had 11 points. Another player making a difference was Xavier Brewer, who scored five points.

Potomac's victory bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Friendly, their loss dropped their record down to 3-8.

Potomac has already played their next contest (against Ballou), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Friendly didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 75-60 defeat against Oxon Hill on the 24th.
