Volleyball Recap: Montevideo Takes a Loss

Montevideo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 31st straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 2-0 to the Westbrook-Walnut Grove Chargers. The Thunderhawks were not able to make up for their loss to the Chargers from their previous meeting back in September of 2018.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-21.

Montevideo's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Westbrook-Walnut Grove, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-5-1.

Montevideo has already played their next matchup (against Marshall), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Westbrook-Walnut Grove, they have also already played their next match, a 1-1 tie against Adrian/Ellsworth on the 3rd.
