Brashear had to endure an eight-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. Everything went their way against the Bevier Wildcats on Thursday as the Brashear Tigers made off with a 59-36 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Tigers have posted since February 15, 2024.

Brashear's victory bumped their record up to 2-10. As for Bevier, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season.

Brashear will be playing at home against Green City at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Green City will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something Brashear surely won't give up without a fight. As for Bevier, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Breckenridge at 6:00 p.m. on February 3rd.
