Basketball Recap: Thornridge Comes Up Short

After flying high against Roosevelt on Friday, Thornridge came back down to earth. The Thornridge Falcons fell to the Dundee-Crown Chargers 69-64.

Thornridge's loss was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Dundee-Crown, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-6 record this season.

Thornridge wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 51-38 defeat against Huntley on the 28th. Dundee-Crown has also already played their next contest, a 46-34 victory against Springfield Southeast on the 28th.
