Softball Recap: Concordia Academy Takes a Loss

Concordia Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 7-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Roseville Raiders. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Beacons of the 11-3 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Concordia Academy saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ashlyn Croon, who went 2-for-3 with one double. Those hits marked the first that Croon has got this season.

Concordia Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Roseville, their win bumped their record up to 4-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Concordia Academy will welcome St. Croix Lutheran at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Roseville, they will challenge Mounds View at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
