Turlock waltzed into their match on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 60-51 win over the Pleasant Grove Eagles.

Pleasant Grove's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was AJ Breslin, who posted 11 points and six rebounds. Pharrell Williams was another key player, putting up 15 points and three steals.

Turlock's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Pleasant Grove, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season.

Turlock and Pleasant Grove could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. Turlock (ranked 673rd) will meet Atwater (ranked 113th) at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Similarly, Pleasant Grove (ranked 671st) will meet Lemoore (ranked 324th) at 3:00 p.m. on December 26th.
