Warren has gone a perfect 4-0 against Point Pleasant recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Warriors will welcome the Big Blacks at 5:00 p.m. Warren's pitching crew has only allowed 3.5 runs per game this season, so Point Pleasant's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Warren barely beat Belpre the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Warriors blew past the Golden Eagles 10-2 on Saturday. That eight run margin sets a new team best for the Warriors this season.

The team relied heavily on Jacob Stauffer, who scored three runs and stole three bases while getting on base in two of his five plate appearances. Those runs were his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Saben Jonas, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 1-for-4.

Meanwhile, Point Pleasant didn't have quite enough to beat Scott on Friday and fell 7-6.

Point Pleasant's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Warren, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.

Warren skirted past Point Pleasant 4-2 when the teams last played back in April of 2024. Do the Warriors have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Big Blacks turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
