Basketball Recap: Lexington Takes a Loss

Lexington was the 52-42 winner over Sulligent when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Lexington Golden Bears received a blow on Saturday as they fell 60-41 to the Sulligent Blue Devils.

Lexington's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Sulligent, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-3.

Lexington is taking a road trip to take on Tanner at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lexington is facing Tanner at the right time seeing as Tanner is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Sulligent, they will host Hamilton at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
