Joseph Avendano and Jefferson Romero scored both of Excel Academy Charter's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 12 goals.

Excel Academy Charter has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-2-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those five matches. As for Shawsheen Valley Tech, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-5-1.
