Soccer Recap: Reagan Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Reagan lost against Lake Norman back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Raiders fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 3-2. While losing is never fun, Reagan can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 200th, while Lake Norman are ranked 17th).

Cooper Shannon and Alexis Ocampo Ayala scored both of Reagan's goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.

Reagan now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Lake Norman, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 4-0-1.

Reagan wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Watauga on the 29th. As for Lake Norman, they have also already played their next matchup, a 6-1 win against A.L. Brown on the 2nd.
