For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Fort Zumwalt West and Troy-Buchanan meet (four straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Wednesday. The Jaguars blew past the Trojans 10-3. The result was nothing new for the Jaguars, who have now won 11 contests by seven runs or more so far this season.

Fort Zumwalt West is on a roll lately: they've won 12 of their last 13 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-2 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.2 runs on average over those games. As for Troy-Buchanan, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 8-12.
