Emma Stringer posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Friday. She struck out seven batters over five innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits (and only one walk), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.
