Chireno is 9-1 against San Augustine since March of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Owls will be playing in front of their home fans against the Wolves at 6:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Meanwhile, San Augustine was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 20-0 to Woden.

Chireno's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for San Augustine, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-9.

Chireno got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in March against San Augustine by a conclusive 19-4 score. Will the Owls repeat their success, or do the Wolves have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
