Football Recap: St. John Lutheran Victorious

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Seven Rivers Christian, St. John Lutheran was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They managed an 18-13 win over the Gainesville Hurricanes.

Although Gainesville took the loss, they still got scores from Kourtney Hutchinson and Nazarri Allen.

St. John Lutheran's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Gainesville, their defeat was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-4.

Coming up, St. John Lutheran will venture away from home to challenge Bishop McLaughlin Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Gainesville, they will take on Newberry at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
