Softball Recap: St. John Paul II Comes Up Short

St. John Paul II managed to slip by Randolph School the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. St. John Paul II lost 9-2 to Randolph School on Wednesday. The Falcons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Raiders apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

St. John Paul II has also been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-9 record this season. Randolph School's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-6.

Coming up, St. John Paul II will face off against Section at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. St. John Paul II is facing Section at the right time seeing as Section is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Randolph School, they will square off against Woodville at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
