Sto-Rox benefitted from Griffin in 65-50 victory
While Monday's win was certainly a team effort, someone pulling more than their own weight was underclassman Marcus Griffin. Steel Valley had no answer to Griffin on Monday as he scored 14 points.
Griffin and Sto-Rox will head out on the road to take on the Ironmen at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Sto-Rox got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Ironmen, probably because Griffin had a solid game then too: he scored 14 points. Can he match (or beat) that stellar performance?
