Thales Academy Rolesville benefitted from Currie in 71-59 victory
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Tuesday Colby Currie stepped things up a notch to give Thales Academy Rolesville the 'W'. Currie made a splash, scoring 23 points along with six assists and two steals. It looks like he has Neuse Christian Academy's number considering he had a big game the last time he faced them, too.
Currie and Thales Academy Rolesville will head out on the road to face off against Friendship Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Thales Academy Rolesville had to take a loss when they last met Friendship Christian, but Currie had little to do with the loss: he scored eight points along with five rebounds.
