Baseball Recap: North Rowan Takes a Loss

North Rowan was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 11-1 to the Salisbury Hornets. That's two games in a row now that the Cavaliers have lost by exactly ten runs.

North Rowan's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Salisbury, their win bumped their record up to 3-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Rowan will head out to challenge West Davidson at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Salisbury, they will venture away from home to face off against East Davidson at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Golden Eagles will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Hornets surely won't give up without a fight.
